General

RAVE & CHILL is a luxury yacht entertainment experience operated by Luxe Horizons Tourism L.L.C, Dubai, in accordance with UAE tourism and maritime regulations.

By purchasing a ticket, booking, or attending the event, all guests agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Payment

All bookings for RAVE & CHILL must be made exclusively through the official RAVE & CHILL booking portal.

All booking and payment confirmations for RAVE & CHILL will be communicated exclusively through registered Email Address provided at the time of booking.
Booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.

Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

All bookings are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
In case of event cancellation due to weather, technical, or operational reasons, guests may be offered:
- Rescheduling to a future date, or
- Credit note valid for future events
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.

Guest Eligibility & Entry Policy

Entry is strictly 21+ only (valid Emirates ID or Passport required).
Luxe Horizons Tourism reserves the right to refuse entry to:
- Intoxicated individuals
- Guests violating dress code or behavior standards
- Unauthorized ticket holders
Entry is subject to guest list verification and security screening.

Weather & Operational Conditions

Events are subject to weather and sea conditions.
The organizer reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel the event for safety reasons.

Timing & Boarding Policy

Guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
Yacht will depart strictly on schedule.
Late arrivals will be considered no-shows and are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

Luxe Horizons Tourism shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Maritime authority regulations
Emergencies or unforeseen incidents

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
